Description
My client a well known pharmaceutical company is looking for candidate to work within their IT division in Zuchwil. They are looking to recruit a Business Analyst/System Analyst on a 7 months contract (Start 1 September).The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* You will gather information on the existing IT processes, activities and tasks in the IT end-user domain (desktop, support Level1/Level2, printing, etc.)
* Responsible for the analysis of new functionalities, integration and improvements (change management)
* Involves user and IT-manager contact, interviews and other research to analyse details and requirements for existing or new systems
* Preparation of management and project presentation decks out of different detail information sources
* Documentation of work-processes (e.g. Flowcharts) using MS Visio 2010 & MS PowerPoint 2010,
* A proficient user of MS Excel (incl. Pivot Tables) and SharePoint
* Writing and compiling meeting minutes using MS Word 2010
* Gap-analysis and reporting
Experience
* +5 Years of experience as a Systems Analyst
* +5 Years of experience with projects in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry
* Advanced skills with personal productivity applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, SharePoint, flowcharting tools and Lifecycle Documentation
* Ability to accurately capture and document business systems requirements from a diverse user group
* Excellent communication skills and experienced in dealing with senior business managers
* Basic IT infrastructure knowledge focusing on end-user facing elements ,e.g. Desktop Management
* Bachelor level degree Level in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
Language Proficiencies
* Advanced English spoken and written, German knowledge would be a well appreciated asset
