An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Change, Communication and Training specialist.

If you are interested and expereienced in implementing Change,Communications and Tainng plans untilizing the change management frame work, this is for you.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy which includes performance support, communication and training.
  • Documenting and implementing relevant change management, communication and training plans/analysis using the organizational change management framework
  • Documenting High Level Change Impact Assessments.
  • Designing and developing courseware for business/ICT project initiatives based on the training needs analysis.
  • Developing communication and training materials and delivering presentations to small and large groups and across diverse groups of stakeholders and delivery modes.

To be successful your skills and experience will focus on the following:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using the standard Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
  • Experience using eLearning development tools such as Captivate, Camtasia and Articulate would be an advantage.
  • The ability to work with minimal direction, while maintaining high productivity.
  • Experience in roles that involved change management, communication and training activities.
