Position: Internal Recruiter - Graduate Recruitment

Location: This role will be based in Buckinghamshire
Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit an Internal Recruiter for a contract role based with our key financial services Client, that we are working with as a first tier supplier.
The Job:
- Responsible for completing Graduate Programme for 2014 and running Graduate Programme for 2015.
- Limited UK Travel may be necessary as part of this role.
- Designing ads and sourcing candidates from universities, job boards and social media.
- Liaising and managing the relationship with agencies.
- Obtaining feedback on CVs and organising assessment days/interviews and providing reports to all parties, verbally and via trackers using Excel.
- Making offers and general admin
Skills Required:
- Will need to be flexible and able to work under pressure to high level workloads.
- IT Literate - Essential (Excel)
- SAP Systems experience very desirable
- CIPD or MIRP CertRP Qualified desirable
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to hit the right tone with busy managers.
- The need to communicate and keep everyone informed should be a natural disposition.
- The individual will have excellent organisational and planning skills with attention to detail and judgement in assessing candidates.
