Description
Our client, a multinational in the pharmaceutical industry, currently requires a Supply Planning Specialist.
Location: South of Brussels
Duration: Until the end of year 2014
Start date: ASAP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage planning master data
- Ensure that planning master data (MRP data in R/3 and PPM/SKU in APO) are available in time
- Ensure that the sourcing Matrix is translated into planning master data
- Manage global variations (excl. pack changes or new process)
- Ensure that all variations are adequately integrated in bulk and filling plans for all sites and that stock levels are in line with customer demand and regulatory constraints
- Implement decisions into roadmaps that will be used by Sites
- Manage global bulk and final containers inventories
- Ensure that stock levels are in line with stock policies
- Monitor site and release performance, in order to ensure timely availability of batches
- Ensure on-time communication of dashboard and KPIs
PREREQUISITES
Education:
University degree (Master) Economics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience with SAP APO
Knowledge:
Good knowledge of supply chain management & knowledge with SAP/APO & SAP/R3, in a Matrix environment.
Experience: 3 years
