Description
Provides development and analytical support for Ocius SQL Server databases and SSIS applications. Ability to analyze design, code, test, and deploy simple to intermediate level Microsoft SQL Server 2008 solutions using T-SQL and SSIS. Collaborates on database and SSIS designs & solutions. Related work activities and responsibilities including the following: data modelling, data analysis, develop coding solutions using SQL stored procedures SSIS for loading databases, data migration, and application interfaces.SKILLS:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to perform database administrative and SQL development tasks.
- Experience with WinTel environment and development tools; Visual Studio 2008 or above, and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 2008 experience preferred.
- UNIX systems experience is not required.
- Database/Application development knowledge and practical work experience in developing SQL Server based applications using Microsoft T-SQL, SSIS, and XML.
- Proven analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio).
