Opening in Bethesda, Md. for Subcontracts Administrator.
This is a temporary position through the end of September.
Requires minimum 5 years of subcontracts experience. Requires overall subcontract life cycle experience; the ability to support various programs from Cradle to grave; the ability to work independently. Prepares and submits pre-award documents needed during the proposal process. Drafts Requests for Proposals/Quotations (RFP/RFQ); performs proposal, cost and price analysis and negotiations. Provides contract closeout documents on a timely basis. Provides proper review of invoices and monitoring of subcontractor process.
