Marketing Manager

A global B2C E-commerce organisation seeks a Marketing Manager - Social Media.

As Marketing manager you will be required to support the Head of Social Media in successfully project managing integrated social media campaigns from concept to execution.

You will be managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders ensuring social media campaigns are delivered to time and budget and stakeholder expectations are met and deliver social insight and reporting to support brand, customer service and acquisition strategy.

As Marketing Manager you will be required to:

*Manage campaigns run by both agencies and internal teams;
*Generate briefs, approve agency generated project plan, assess progress, ensure adequate and robust measures are in place,
*Ensure sign-off procedures are followed to, share reports, raise and tackle issues, accelerate internally as required.
*Pull together a combined view of content calendars/ambitions in a format which can be easily understood by all parties and shared
*Keep budget and other relevant progress tracking up to date using templates, systems, software as required
*Manage key stakeholder relationships within an agreed framework of governance.
*Design, create and distribute reports to demonstrate social activity to the business at large
*Hands on testing of the capabilities of social media platforms and their advertising programs
*Take end-to-end responsibility for discrete projects and partner relationships as required by Head of Social.
