MI Resource Analyst - (MI Reporting/Recruitment/Resourcing/Financial Services) - Up to £308.00 per day - Cheshire - 4 Months
My global financial services client has an urgent requirement for a MI Resource Analyst to contribute to the recruitment and management of MI within the Business Operations Team.
The successful applicant will need to be self motivation results-oriented individual who can work as member of a global team.
Key responsibilities:
Working closely with Global Resourcing teams to gather weekly updates on where each role is within the recruitment process
Produce regular recruitment forecast is tracked and variances understood
Produce resource management MI and other reports as directed
Contribute and organise interview activities
Manage the update process for all recruitment activities
Hold global weekly meetings with the Resourcing Teams to gather updates
Essential skills:
Hands-on, results-oriented individual requiring minimal guidance
Ability to prioritise; work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
Strong communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Self-starter with demonstrable initiative
Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
