Quality Control Manager

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join a globally leading telecoms vendor. They are looking for someone to work closely with their clients and internal departments to ensure that projects and BAU activity is consistently delivered in line with the company's quality standards, processes and procedures.

The role is being offered on a contract basis that is likely to roll on, along with a competitive daily rate. It will be located in close proximity to Paris and will require occasional travel to customer sites.

Role Responsibilities

  • Interface with customers and manage their workshops to define customer's needs.
  • Define customers' quality standards, working closely with the project PM and IM.
  • Carryout quality installation for Enterprise projects (wireless, Wireline).
  • Ensure company processes, compliancy and proposed corrective action plans are followed.
  • Technical support for the customer and I&C subcontractor.
  • Check and validation of subcontractors' Site survey reports and installation report including KPI definition and follow up.
  • Carryout site installation & EHS audits and subcontractor quality evaluations.
  • Set up, manage and update project documentation.
  • Participate in the internal meetings with the customer and/or subcontractors to discuss monthly issue reports.
  • Ensure the company database is regularly updated.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience within a Quality Control Manager role. Ideally with experience in the telecoms industry, but others industry background will be considered.
  • Experience of defining and driving customer quality standards, helping to maintain a high compliance to quality processes and procedures.
  • Competent with working closely with multiple stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
  • Fluent written and spoken language skills in French and English.
  • Must hold a valid driving licence and be available to travel when required.
