SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST-EQUITY MARKET BUY SIDE-WEALTH MANAGEMENT-GENEVAThe EMPLOYER
Strong Private Bank having a solid reputation on the local and international market, this employer is today looking for a SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST, expert on the equities market, with a strong exposure to the buy side.
The purpose of the role is to develop financial and fundamental analysis that will help the Portfolio Management team in their daily business.
The ROLE
You will work directly on the Investment platform and your main responsibilities will be:
- Conduct researches and analysis on the equity sphere (investment philosophy, process, positioning and current market trends)
- Deliver recommendations and present them to internal (and external) clients
- Prepare ad hoc and monthly + quarterly reports
- Daily support the Portfolio management team in developing strategies and proposing fundamental analysis
- Assist with stock picking and equities selection
- Develop knowledge of the market and competitive landscape
- Ad hoc project
Your PROFILE
- Master degree in Finance-Economics or Business related (CFA-CPA or ACCA certification is a plus)
- Min 6-8 years experience as a Financial analyst, following the financial sector
- Strong exposure to the buy side and Equity sphere (Banking and Insurance exposure)
- Exposed to different financial market cycles (crisis, stable and unstable markets, economic growth and slowdown)
- Ability to lead financial searches and analysis with a scientific approach
- Figures oriented, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, team player and ability to present results to shareholders
- IT literate
- Fluent in English and ideally in French
- EU Or Swiss passport holder (or Swiss permit)
