Responsibilities:
  • Performs a variety of routine, repetitive, physical and administrative tasks involving one or more of the following: receiving, putting away, storing, staging, kitting, picking, packing, shipping and distribution of Materials, parts, supplies, equipment, finished goods, label control, lot control or serial control.


Qualifications:
  • More experienced, knowledgeable, and proficiency within all major functions.
  • May be assigned to more complex processes.
  • May be trained in and more proficient in multiple or all work processes.
  • Under general supervision.
  • Work is checked by supervisor at completion for learned tasks, and under closer supervision for new tasks.
  • Provides guidance and training to less experienced staff as needed or instructed.
  • Provides input/feedback to manager on process improvement.
  • Prepares comprehensive reports and may summarize department results.
  • Solves work-related problems. Assists less experienced staff in resolving issues.
  • Conducts research/diagnose work problems.
  • May be asked to work on special projects that require knowledge of the department functions and/or operations.
  • Analyzes problems and provide feedback to supervisor.
  • Must operate and be forklift certified
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of department and operations and processes.
  • Accurate and detail oriented.
  • Communication skills, including ability to adequately communicate with supervisor using applicable language/terminology.
  • Basic computer, math, problem solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge with others.
  • Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions.
  • Experience and ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks or applicable equipment utilized in the workplace.
  • Flexible, adaptable.
  • Ability to prioritize work.
  • Experience using radio frequency equipment.
  • Where applicable, knowledge of GMP, ISO, IPC, FDA, DOT, and/or IATA requirements.
