Front end developer to work in a relaxed but highly productive team, implementing ground breaking new communication applications for a genuinely innovative lean UK software company.This role is unlikely to be the same as anything you have done before. Our most successful developers have a real passion for understanding complex technology from first principles and actively enjoy the challenge of the inevitable "we have no idea how to do this" project phase.
We envisage that you will be based for at least an initial induction period at our Bletchley Park R&D office. Thereafter, working in London or remotely elsewhere is possible for exceptional candidates who have a strong ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.

Qualifications:
For a senior hire, decent Javascript programming and HTML5 DOM experience with an innate ability to produce elegant, well structured code which implements complex real time interactions is key, but we are also looking for a long-term team player and the job will involve working across a number of innovative projects within our R&D team. Flexibility with the ability to quickly assimilate information to become effective in emerging technologies is the most important attribute. Some experience in one or more of following areas in addition to core Javascript/HTML5/CSS is an indicator that you may be the kind of person we are looking for:
If you think you have really good software engineering aptitude, a thirst to learn, and our environment appeals to you but you don't tick all of the specific skills then please do get in touch anyway.
