Whether you are a new graduate seeking your first job out of college, or an engineer with years of experience looking for a new atmosphere and an exciting challenge, this position will be sure to fit your needs. Based within the Neuromodulation Unit of the company, the Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for improving medical device manufacturing processes and will be a key link in helping to reduce costs. The products that will be at play are implantable stimulators and/or peripheral products.

The company seeks engineers who will meet its customer expectations by striving without reserve for the greatest possible reliability and quality in the products, processes and systems by being accountable, having a voice and taking action.

The Manufacturing Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

- Make use of appropriate quality tools such as DOE, SPC, hypothesis testing and capability studies to measure, monitor, improve and control the manufacturing line

- Utilize IQ/OQ/PQ processes to validate the products

- Create written documents, test plans and reports that demonstrate technical rationale for associated decisions (qualifications, risk assessments, and work instructions)

- Work with process development engineering in the evaluation of process FMEA's and failure analysis

Candidates must possess the following characteristics:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering

- Medical device experience

- Strong IQ/OQ/PQ experience
