Head of Medical Workforce - South of England - 6 month contractA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Medical Workforce to work for a trust in the South of England.
You will be the lead on all Medical Staffing Matters for a team of 15 within the Medical Staffing for the trust, reporting directly to the HR Director and certain Board Members.
This role will entail restructuring of the team and organisation to increase productivity and improve Medical CIPS.
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership working within an Acute Trust within Medical Staffing
- Experience of projects/ roles related to CIPS
- Understanding of workforce planning and redesign of Medical Staffing
- Knowledge of systems, processing and policies
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a Workforce planning strategy to reduce costs
- Implementing the Medical Workforce Efficiency and Productivity Programme
- Develop of QIPP Strategy and Workforce CIP programmes to meet Turnaround Plans
- Responsible of a busy team of 15, ensuring department runs smoothly and efficiently
- Report regularly to the HR Director and Board Members, offering ideas and solutions to improve the Trust as a whole
The role is initially a 6 month contract with huge potential of extension and is paying a professional day rate of Circa £ Per Day DOE.
