Our client based in Glasgow and is currently looking for a skilled Solution Architect with .net experience.

Responsibilities:

- To take the lead in designing and developing the solution for an application, project or significant work stream of a project.
- To design key technology components in a solution, design of web services and integration, creating design patterns and reference architectures.
- To provide technical support and code reviews for developers, both in-house and offshore, developing and testing complex software components.
- To provide the high level design of solutions to meet identified business requirements.
- To create design patterns and reference architectures to support detailed designs.
- To do detailed design for the re-use of software or components.
- To research, identify and evaluate new technology solutions to meet business requirements.
- To provide expert guidance, mentoring and training to the developers on a project.
- To provide quality control of technical deliverables.
- To develop and test complex software components.
- To manage the packaging and release of software deployments.
- To support the Lead Technical Architect in developing and applying design and development standards.
- To provide expert guidance on the resolution of complex or urgent production issues.
