A client of mine who are based in Oxfordshire have an urgent requirement for an Electrical Design Engineer. My client are wanting to interview candidates next week with the scope of start W/C 11th August.
Generally my client find people who have worked in design of Automation control panels in the Machinery sector tend to have the ability and aptitude.
The role requires someone with experience of designing Rack based Electrical Control Panels and will be involved in preparations of GA's, Layout drawings, Circuits, Hooks Ups, Block Diagrams, P&ID, Cable installation Diagrams and Cable Schedules.
Accountabilities:
*AutoCAD
*Prepare, Maintain and update engineering drawings and documentation on projects
Essential Skills:
*Background in Electrical Engineering
*Working knowledge of engineering drawing and working to specifications for control and electrical design
*Demonstrate ability and initiative to get the heart of a problem and take it efficiently through completion
The hourly rate on offer is £18-23 per hour.
