OTC STRUCTURED EQUITY DERIVATIVE DOCUMENTATION ANALYST REQUIRED ASAP!

My client, a Top Tier Investment Bank, are looking for a OTC Equity Derivative Documentation Analyst, to join their Equity Documentation team, on 6 month rolling contract.

Rate: £260-£300 per day
Length: 6 months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Drafting and reviewing confirmations issued under ISDA using 2002 & 2006 Definitions and 2006 Fund Definitions
* Product range to include: structured single stock/index swaps, exotic share/index basket options & swaps, structured options and structured equity swaps linked to a note, bespoke equity transactions.
* Ensure daily drafting targets are met
* Ensure personal account is efficiently maintained in line with team targets
* Ensure control procedures are completed on a daily basis
* Liaise with traders, marketers, inter-office, legal counsel and clients
* Resolving all documentation related queries

ESSENTIAL SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE

We require Candidates who have proven experience in Equity Documentation and 2002 ISDA Equity Derivatives Definitions. There needs to be evidence within the experience of the candidate that he/she has been using them.
Prior experience in a Structured Equity Derivatives ISDA confirmation drafting role.
Demonstrate strong working knowledge of ISDA terms and their application
Proven experience of working to regulatory targets (ie CFTC, EMIR, FED) in terms of drafting and execution of confirms.
Proven experience in liaising with traders, marketers and any other relevant team to resolve issues whilst ensuring client service is maintained and risks actively managed.
Proven ability to work well in team situations supporting junior members of staff and management.
