Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a SFDC Partner in Ohio! There are a few projects in the pipeline and I am currently seeking for experienced techno-functional Business Analysts that can meet the following responsibilities:
*Document requirements, design enhancements, implement forecasts, workflows, and reports, as well as maintain data integrity within Salesforce.com
*Work on various SFDC standard objects such as accounts, contacts, cases, products, and leads
*Train users on SFDC systems including classroom training and demo sessions
*Provide solutions and alternatives with SFDC technical and functional issues
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
*3+ years of experience in Salesforce.com
*Client/customer facing experience
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to understand business models
*Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience
*SFDC Certifications - ADM201, DEV401, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
