My client is launching an exciting new global initiative aimed at simplifying registration processes across the board
THIS ROLE CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE IN WESTERN EUROPE BUT IS MOST LIKELY TO BE EITHER WARSAW, BRUSSELS OR AMSTERDAM
As a result my client is looking for a project specialist/SME to join the team in a subject matter expert capacity.
The role will cover 2 key areas
- Back up for lead business analyst
- Supporting EMEA programs
Key responsibilities will include
Acting as back-up for lead business analyst,
capturing business requirements,
providing feedback on the design and working through functional specs/scope items/testing.
Working to assure the functionality required is built into the design.
Also to act as a subject matter expert on new tools
Supporting the EMEA program and promotion team with the setup and maintenance of programs and promotions.
Scope of responsibilities will include:
Overall maintenance of Central Registries
On-boarding new programs in the new platform (this includes providing recommendations and solutions where applicable)
Administration of existing programs/promos in the platform
Providing support through program/promo life cycle
To be considered you will need
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical, organisation and communication skills a must
Self-driven individual: ability to work/act independently and think fast
Knowledge of CRM, ERP, commerce tools would be a plus
Exposure to Agile Project Mgt methodology would be an additional plus
Comfortable presenting to senior executives
