for a Senior Project Manager (f/m) with Web Communication Background
Project environment
A global Swiss Bank.
Tasks
• Leading the project team.
• Ensure plans and scope of IT programs / projects are in line with the overall IT Strategy.
• Complying with Project Management methodologies.
• Support, manage and prioritize requirements together with the business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
• Facilitate escalation of issues.
Requirements
Must have:
• 5 years expertise in Project Management (certification is a plus).
• Strong background in Web Communication / Social- / Collaboration Platforms.
• Skilled in Vendor Management (outsourcing partner / dispersed teams).
• Hands-on experience in agile Project Management /Management of virtual teams.
• Has the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders / senior management.
Advantageous:
• Experience with:
o ADOBE EM (Experience Manager) / CQ (Communique 5).
o JIVE Communication / Collaboration.
o Starmind.
• Banking background.
• SDLC or RUP experience.
Soft skills
• Fluent in English and German (written / spoken).
• Resilient and flexible.
• Hands-on attitude.
