Your tasks:
- Engage with stakeholders
- Understand and document technical requirements
- Articulate the future state vision with involved parties
- Implement the steps needed to move forward with the Case Management Application selection/deployment
- Improve business processes
- Build out and deploy training
- Define technical implementation planning stages
Your qualifications
- Experience in banking / financial service industry
- Experience in anti-money laundering is required
- Know-how of the system MANTAS is a plus
- English business fluent
