Description
A leading medical device company is in immediate need of a Quality Inspector. The Quality Inspector must have experience working within production and hold strong analytical skills.The Quality Inspector will have the following responsibilities:
- Obtain and report part dimensional data using SPC systems, tools and equipment
- Gather data for qualification/validation processes and statistical analysis
- Oversee ongoing production process performance and approve machine setup results
- Examine and communicate customer results
- Evaluate parts in accordance to standards and customer specifications
- Utilize basic hand tools/gauges and advanced measurement systems
- Attain and transmit data into SPC software
The Quality Inspector must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience within the industry
- Experience with reading blueprints and utilizing measurement tools effectively
- Efficient work ethic
