Description
Responsibilities:- You will have the opportunity to be involved in a highly technical quality control and coaching team and develop processes and procedures from scratch while working closely with the business lines
- End to end testing - including test strategy, automation, and execution
- Ensuring test procedures and standards are governed across all technical teams globally
- Be involved in their rapid transition to automation (mostly proprietary technologies)
- Oversees the completion of quality assurance processes, including the coordination of efforts between design and testing groups
- Using strong leadership/management skills, and be able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with sponsors and stakeholders
- Drives implementation of improvements to testing processes to create efficiencies
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5-8 years experience with quality assurance experience globally and locally- setting up global standards and testing environment for a new team
- Experience with test case creation, review, and execution
- Understanding of agile methodology and testing tools
- Automation experience- open to various technologies
- Financial background from banking or trading industry- primarily high volume type of environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface with high level executives
