I'm looking for a Compliance Advisor to join a Tier 1 Bank to provide Compliance Advice to their Retail Banking business with a focus on Mortgage products.
The role is broad, challenging and give you exposure to some really interesting work.
You will be driving forward the compliance and conduct culture within the organisation by working closely with the business and risk teams to bring the Mortgage products to the market (new and ongoing products)
You should:
- Have a strong understanding of Retail business
- Be able to overcome significant challenges to deliver business results.
- Understand and have worked extensively with FCA Rulebooks including MCOBS and ICOBS, relevant EU regulatory developments and legal requirements and any other related terms of compliance/legal reference for this industry.
- Be able to challenge senior members of the business to get your point across in a constructive manor.
This role will really allow you to own your work. You wont be micromanaged and you will be able to build a really strong senior stakeholder network within this Tier 1 bank.
