Next Ventures is urgently looking for SAP xECM Consultant who is fluent in Mandarin

The SAP xECM Consultant is responsible for delivering enterprise grade content management solutions that combine SAP business processes with solid ECM technology to help our clients achieve high performance, efficiency and compliance requirements. The person in this role will architect solutions using OpenText technology and products to achieve defined business outcomes and augment the SAP suite ERP, CRM and HCM which includes as well solutions for specific industries. Individuals must possess skills in requirements analysis, solution design and configuration, development, testing and deployment, combined with excellent communication skills.
The SAP ECM Consultant would also be involved in pre-sales activities such as providing input into RFP requests, estimating effort and scope for consulting services and is conducting requirements analysis and blueprint workshops with for our clients.
Primary Duties:
Requirements gathering and analysis, strategy and solution design, development, to the actual realization phase and sub-sequent deployment and go-live.
Creating functional requirements as an input to application design and collaborating with the application design groups, while providing functional guidance and direction to client staff.
Developing and testing of content management solutions focused on the integration with SAP based on functional designs
Provides formal and informal solution specific training and knowledge transfer to client base
Position Requirements
Must have done at least 1 SAP (x)ECM project
Must have 6 years techno-functional SAP experience in designing, architecting and implementing enterprise-scale solutions
SAP ABAP programming experience with at least several of the following concepts:
Reports and Function Modules
ABAP WebDynpro
BDC's and BAPI's
Object-oriented programming
ABAP Workbench Enhancement Framework
Experience in SAP ArchiveLink and general document management and document archiving concepts within SAP
Demonstrated experience in a consulting environment combined with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work with management and functional level users to analyze requirements, design and deliver solutions to meet those requirements.
High degree of motivation and energy, ability to work independently and in high-performance teams and groups to achieve client objectives.
Possess technical and consulting skills, including conducting business needs analysis and understanding of enterprise grade architecture design and implementation.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are critical. As well as the ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal organization across varied business units.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with any of the following:
Experience with Open Text/LiveLink/Open Text (IXOS) products is a huge plus
Experience with SAP systems such as CRM, SRM or SCM, is a plus
Experience with SAP Data Archiving is a plus
Experience with operating systems such as UNIX, Windows
Experience with Scripting languages such as Perl or similar
Familiarity in SAP Business Workflow is a plus but a basic understanding SAP Workflow infrastructure is required
Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver Portal (WAS, XI, KM, BW) and common web technologies (J2EE, ASP.NET)
