WordPress Developer for remote project!

Description

I want to create a WordPress site/plugin/theme system to create a mobile web site for tours of historic locations. A page would be for a site and include audio to play and photo(s), and maybe a video clip in some cases. The pages would need to work like an app with arrows to go to the next location. I can do this already with WordPress very easily, but I want to look into creating a customized admin for creating the tours instead of creating and linking manual pages.
