My client is a leading semiconductor company who are seeking a talented Tools Developer to join their team as a Software Engineer - Test System Developer.Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative tools & systems for automated testing of wireless communication technologies
- Develop new test tools & frameworks from concept to implementation & deployment
- Influence automation plans & strategies with your own ideas
- Work as part of a team in the UK and cooperating with other teams around the world
Required skills/experience:
- Degree in a relevant field
- 4 years of experience developing PC tools & windows applications
- Familiar with all aspects of the SW test life-cycle including test system analysis, design, estimation, execution & reporting
- Experienced debugging tests system failures & issue reporting & tracking
- Fluent in one or more of the following: C++, C#, Java
Desirable skills:
- HTML, XML, XSL, AJAX
- Automated testing
- Wireless protocols (WCDMA, LTE)
