Description
A biopharmaceutical company is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Medical Director (Clinical Science). This candidate will report directly to the Group Medical Director or VP of Clinical Development and will primarily be responsible for the execution of the clinical development strategy (clinical trials phases 1 through 4) and for reviewing, interpreting, and presenting clinical data. Additionally, the appointee will be responsible for the oversight of the clinical development team, and more specifically, this candidate will be responsible for up to four direct reports.This is a great opportunity for those looking to challenge themselves within a familiar field. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
-MD or DO
-3+ years of clinical development management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
-Protocol design and writing
-Study team management
-Data review and interpretation
-The ability to participate or lead FDA interactions
