Interim Strategic Recruitment Specialist - NHS Trust - SurreyMy client in a desirable location in Surrey is currently looking for a Strategic Recruitment Specialist to join the HR Department.
You will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of prospective Regional and International employees by providing an efficient, effective and confidential service for a hospital in Surrey
You will also have the opportunity to work alongside the Operations Director and Business partners, broadening your recruitment skills focusing on the strategy as a whole including the budget plan.
This is an exciting opportunity for a focused and motivated professional, who is driven by the achievement of objectives and determined to progress their career within HR.
Key Skills Required:
- Substantial recruitment experience in the NHS
- Development of an integrated, innovative and forward looking Talent Pipeline
- Strong organisation skills- experience with prioritising work tasks and working to tight deadlines
- Experience with recruiting nurses overseas
- Excellent understanding with Recruitment, HR, Employment Law
This post is a 6 month contract with huge potential for an extension paying a competitive rate.
