Description
The ideal candidate for this role, should be confident and have experience with the following key attributes:-Experience implementing the ATG Commerce platform, either from an agency/consultancy background or directly for a retailer.
-Good in front of clients: You will be acting as a focal point of expertise with internal stakeholders and clients on the platform. Specifically, you will be assisting with the development and customisation of the ATG Scenario server, Merchandising, Content administration, page development.
-Have the ability to instill customer confidence at all times by delivering a high quality service through solid technical ability, excellent communication skills and reliability through a can-do attitude.
-As this is still a growing organisation, there won't always necessarily be a guide book to turn too in difficult situations. Therefore, you should feel comfortable at troubleshooting/ debugging deployment issues on site, often in scenarios where little or no documentation exists.
