Mission title: Q&A Specialist
Detailed description of the mission (deliverables):
- Define and implement web Q&A strategy in collaboration with R&D and IT Q&A Teams
- Process definition of web Q&A, Setup of tools to support those processes
- Performance test plan process integration in development cycles
- Test industrialization including test automation for web applications
- Validate & review PES (Product Enhancement Specifications)
- Define functional testing scenarios: describe all use cases (customer scenarios)
- Manage & publish the test results and provide an appropriate communication on a regular basis
- Execute, monitor and control the testing process
- Test plan, scenarios, methodology and process, report and mitigation plan
Background
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in E-commerce
- Website/Ecommerce is mandatory
- Cloud development, Software architecture
- DB2/SQL/Oracle
- Java/J2EE
- Debuggers, IT methods, Testing process & tools
Soft skills
