In theis role you will be responsible for the smooth day to day coordination and operation of the support team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the responsible for the software,including user management,configuration management, problem management and deployment of packages within the ICT environment to support the software.

To be successful your skills and experience will focus on the following;

  • Demonstrated ability tom anage a small team.
  • Experience in the development of formal change controls and familiarity with ITIL based change control processes.
  • Experience performing and/or managing application deployments at all infrastructure tiers of the system.
  • Project experience and the ability to work independently.
  • Communicates with influence,demonstrated technical writing skills and demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical people.
