Description
System Dynamics require 2 Senior Oracle Business Intelligence Developers to work on a client based project.
Ideally early September start. 6 month contract
The Services will involve the development of the Management Information and Business Intelligence solution architecture including, but not limited to, the following key activities:
- Design, develop and configure OBIEE dashboards and reports;
- Work directly with business analysts and super users to define report requirements;
- Analyse data latency, accuracy and relevance to ensure data integrity of reports;
- Support system and user acceptance testing activities (E2E, UAT) and QA; and
- Ownership of technical solution documentation.
Requirements
- A degree or masters degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years' experience of OBIEE development life cycle in a vendor environment on client sites
- A minimum of 5 years' experience of Dimensional Modelling and OLAP principles
- A minimum of 3 years' experience of ODI development
- At minimum of 3 years' experience as technical lead of a team in a vendor environment in Data Warehouse Developments
- Experience in the development and implementation of MIS solutions using Oracle Business Intelligence Foundation suite, BI Architecture and BI Tools, BI Interactive Dashboard, OBI Administration and Presentation Servers
- Proficiency in the use of Oracle PL/SQL
- Experience of the installation and configuration of OBIEE
- Strong understanding of OBIEE architecture
- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing Modelling and ETL processes
- Solid understanding of change management and promotion practices in an enterprise environment
