Content Editor - Glasgow - 6 months
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Content Editor for a 6 months contract based in Glasgow.
You will work closely with the content manager and online service team to support web content development for a range of online projects.
Experience required -
Proven track record in developing and publishing exciting and engaging web content using a user-centred design approach. Proven high level of copywriting and editorial accuracy. Previous experience of enterprise level content management systems, metadata and taxonomies. Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and to produce well-written reports and web content. Clear understanding of website standards and regulations including usability and accessibility. Desirable skills -
Experience using social media to successfully engage audiences Experienced in online content review, audit, maintenance, archiving and quality assurance processes Experience of using web analytic solutions and interpreting web statistics Knowledge and experience of CPD education market in Scotland Candidate will be require to hold a Basic Disclosure Scotland issued in the last 12 months or be happy to undergo this clearance.
