Metronome3 is a digital agency headquartered in New York City. We're a lean team made up of web strategists, designers and developers fueled by our passion to create and collaborate on forward-thinking web projects. We're currently looking for an additional Freelance Front-end Developer to work alongside our team to complete some really cool projects.
With over 25 respective services, we're building stronger, more responsive social media programs for brands and businesses of all scope and sizes. To date, we have provided our services to over 65+ clients throughout the United States and Europe.
The Role: Front-End Developer

We’re looking for a freelance front-end developer! Our Agency has some great work coming up and we’re bringing smart, forward-thinking developers onboard to help us make great products for our clients.
We’re looking for:
- A problem solver. Passionate about their craft.
- A sharp eye for detail
- A track record of working with Teams/other Developers.
- Ability to write code that can be worked on/amended in the future by other developers.
- Great communication skills
- We utilize jquery in most of our projects but you should be able to write plain old javascript.
- Media Queries pretty extensively
- Version control. We use Git.
- Cross-browser testing
- An understanding of the ecosystem. We don’t jump to use new technologies the second they come out, but we always try to explore them if they are relevant.
- Our most recent projects have been built on Foundation
- Any back-end development knowledge
- Work with small teams
- Side projects that rock
- Can commute to our Manhattan office
