The Role- We are looking for recrent grads or December grads to join as a recruiting intern with intention to be brought on full time. This is a paid internship and we are also offering course credit.
We will provide training and mentorship and set you up for a successful sales career.
Using your sales, persuasion and networking skills you'll contact potential clients then find the best candidates to meet their needs. You'll manage the whole interview process, relaying feedback, selling candidates to clients and job opportunities to candidates. Then you'll negotiate to close the best deal for all parties.
As Sales Recruiters we place professionals across a number of different industries, including IT, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Biotechnology & Healthcare - often in senior positions. We are looking for confident, natural communicators ideally with a degree from a top University. Sales experience is a plus!
