I have just secured a fantastic new opportunity for a VP of Engineering at an innovative and forward thinking Medical Device company. You will need to bring passion and business acumen to ensure the smooth running of simultaneous development projects whilst upholding a creative and collaborative environment.My client is a World leading Medical Technology company based in the Twin Cities. They have a diverse product range and you will be responsible for coordinating the creation, development, design and improvement of those products. You will be directly leading both the Design and Mechanical departments and reporting to the Senior VP.
Based on your background and experience the salary ranges from 200,000K to 280,000K + bonus and benefits.
You must have:
- BS/MSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline
- 10+ years successful experience leading and supporting development processes
- 5+ years dedicated experience in the Medical Device field
- Comfortable working with top management to communicate and set objectives
- Innovative mindset; able to set development overall strategies and direction
