Description
My client, an international Oil and Gas company require a contract mechanical designer for their Cumbria branch.Working alongside the Mechanical Engineer, the main duties of the role will include:
- improving existing designs
- modification of current products to match customer orders
- FATS
Requirements:
- Ideally HND/C and apprenticeship
- Experience using Pro Engineer
- Understanding of mechanisms
- Knowledge of plastics and elastomers
- Experience working with precision components
- Subsea Oil and Gas experience very beneficial but not essential
Contract:
- Based in Cumbria
- 12 month contract
- Rate dependant on experience level
- 40 hours a week
