Description
Requirements
- Experienced professional who has worked as a CTO (Chief Technical Officer) or COO (Chief Operations Officer) in a large mobile operator.
- Strong background in telecommunications industry, more than 15 years.
- Understanding of the operations and CEM (Customer experience management).
- Experience in network quality assurance.
- Strong Communication skills, the ability to influence, negotiate and persuade customers or clients. Must be fluent in English.
This is a contract role in a multinational telecoms corporation. We are looking for someone is able to join ASAP.
