Hi,
One of our best client, based in Luxembourg is URGENTLY looking for 2 Infrastructure Specialists for a 3 months initial contract.
Tasks:
- Operation tool product management: selection, introduction, support, coordinate evolution, decide on retirement, etc.
- Implement and maintain these tools in accordance with the requirements of the operations teams
- Create, update and maintain a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) which contains all the Configuration Items (CIs) present in the client infrastructure with their attributes, properties and interrelationships.
- Verification and/or update CMDB according to Change Order tasks
- Daily controls of the CMDB:
- Logs resulting from daily automatic loading of provided CMDB data (error check)
- Quality controls (orphan CIs, missing relationships, attributes, etc.)
- Cross-check (mainly CMDB/SCOM/Omnivision)
- Processing of incidents and/or requests
- Support to users (advice, extracts, etc...)
- Follow security procedures and propose improvements when necessary
