Full or part time Administrator/PA: World-Leading Oil & Gas Energy Company

World Leading Energy and Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Part- time or Full- time Administrator who can work their way around an Excel based IT system (SharePoint) and who can collate information in a comprehensive and easy to understand manner.

About you:

  • Strong experience in SharePoint and in Electronic Data rooms would be ideal. 
  • Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Programs
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to collect and display information effectively

You will be based in the Staines office rather than at the HQ in Waterloo for this world-leading Oil & Gas Energy company.

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
