Our client, a leader in electronic payments technologies located in Belgium is currently looking for an ePayments Consultant to provide support to the delivery of one of their mobile payments solutions. The ePayments Consultant will work at our client in Belgium for at least 4 months.
Scope of work:
We are looking for an ePayments Consultant to provide support within the Product Delivery department. The product is a mobile payment solution.
- Putting together training materials (understand the product portfolio, the process to create the product etc..)
- Reviewing documentation (mostly internal documentation)
- Reviewing and improving internal processes
- working closely with the Customer Delivery & Regional Product Management teams
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written & oral)
- Proven experience in a similar function
- Proven experience within the payment industry
- Proven project management experience
- Tech Savvy & understanding of E-commerce/online shopping/mobile application (relating to customer experience when paying online)
