IT service project procurement expert
Main Responsibilities (Including but not limited too)
1 Working with IT service Category Manager mainly but not limited to below task:
Make procurement strategy for IT service outsourcing Project. optimize IT service outsourcing procurement model. IT service outsourcing resource development. IT service outsourcing category cost management. 2 Working scope includes but not limited to:
IT service outsourcing project pre-sale support Procurement work during IT service outsourcing project delivery IT service outsourcing procurement capability development.
Person Requirement:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, MBA is preferred
2. Work experience: 10 years+ Relevant work experience
3. Qualification
At least 10 years work experience or above in leading IT/CT company,plenty of IT service outsourcing procurement experience,and familiar with IT service solution and project delivery&operation. Familiar with OSS/BSS system. Familiar with IT infrastructure, software and hardware, including popular hardware (minicomputer, server, storage equipment, network equipment), popular system software (Operation system, database) and popular application software etc. Strong coordination, communication, negotiation and project management capabilities in complex or cross functional environment. Good insight and comprehension. Open-minded. Good at systematical analysis. Leading telecom company working experience and/or strategic alliance management experience is preferred Willing to work in Shenzhen, China for long time. Would like to travel worldwide for business trip
