FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

Programme Manager:

The team "improvement programs" within the client's "New Product Introduction and Lifecycle Management" department plan, set up, lauchand lead technical programs to improve the robustness of product manufacturing processes.

Our programs are helping us develop a culture of manufacturing excellence so we can meet the actual challenges and provide our customers, regulatory authorities and employees with greater opportunities:
we improve the manufacturability, compliance, and sustainability of all currently licensed vaccines to ensure product continuity and to extend their maturity stage period.

By a matter of facts, the actual commercial demand is still unmet for a number of products.
The geographic expansion in higher volumes markets with a growing population asking for more vaccines at affordable price need robust and reliable manufacturing processes to ensure the supply.
So far it is often impossible to significantly improve step-by-step, as the changes requires a number of regulatory variations, years to get approvals, and creates a number of variants of product articles and stocks making a more complex supply chain and deliver even less.

Our programs look to jump-change to the next technology level of manufacturing processes and combine different changes in one improvement to increase manufacturing robustness quickly.
