Description
For an international organization based in Amsterdam we are currently looking for a native French customer service representative to support the French market. It is important to provide a high level of service to the customers.
- Process and follow up orders, back orders, returns, credits etc.
- Handle telephone calls from French customers
- Handle and solve queries
- Create and update customer’s data with internal computer system (SAP)
- Maintain contact with other departments such as sales force, warehouse,
- shipping etc.
- Direct reporting to the Customer service team leader
