The leading medical device company in the industry is in search of an exceptional Quality Engineer who specializes in operations and is eager to develop into a leadership role.The Operations Engineer will have the following responsibilities:
-Provide quality engineering support and leadership
-Drive corrective action in production processes
-Work closely with supplier quality engineers to ensure product requirements are being met
-Work along side manufacturing engineers to address risk in production process and customer complaints
-Lead investigations in order to assure compliance with quality standards
-Efficiently work with CAPAs, IQ/OQ/PQ and process validation
The Operations Engineer must meet the following requirements:
-B.S. in Engineering, Science or related field
-Minimum of 3 years working as a Quality Engineer in the medical device industry
-Strong verbal communication skills
-Energetic and efficient work ethic
-Motivated and has the ability to drive projects
