Description
SAP HR Trainer-North East London-4 Months+My client are looking to recruit a SAP HR trainer who has developed and delivered training on SAP HR change programme with specific experience in the areas of MSS, ESS, HR formal processes, H&S processes, organisational management processes, performance management and recruitment.
Also the successful candidate must have evidence of using Adobe Captivate to create e-learning training and support materials.
They are introducing a number of system enhancements later this year. These enhancements will have an impact on the company's current business processes that will need to be effectively transitioned into business as usual (BAU).
The key enhancements include:
- Introduction of Success Factors Recruitment, Performance and Goals Modules
- Enhancements to ESS, MSS and HCM
- Introduction of e-forms
- Enhanced reporting via BI and dashboards
JOB PURPOSE
To design, develop and deliver SAP HR and Success Factors training to impacted users across the company. A blended training approach using a combination of e-learning and class room based training will be adopted.
