My client has an exciting ongoing opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager based in Dublin.

Role objective:
To manage a professional services team to ensure all related products, solutions and services are delivered on time, to specification and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and continuously improve the resource management processes and systems in order to maximise the capacity planning process and resource utilisation
- Measure the service delivery process in both quality and value, with a view to ever increasing customer satisfaction
- Develop and lead the Workforce Management function to support the scheduling of all engineering resources
- Provide leadership and mentoring to all areas of the delivery function ensuring resources, capabilities and capacity are in place to meet both existing and new business demands
- Effective change control and adherence to scope and design
Skills/Competencies required:
- Experience with skill mapping and associated resource assignment tools
- Resource and capacity management
- Experience of leading and managing teams
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues of all levels
- Continuous service improvements
- Qualification and/or relevant industry experience with Complex Solutions and Service delivery
