Marketing Coordinator

Description
Under direction, analyzes data to develop project work plans (including schedules and cost estimates) for enrollment materials for reprints and new material as needed.
Projects are typically routine (ie translations) but occasionally include special handling and ad hoc data analysis projects.
Tracks and documents enrollment materials and key project status against timelines to ensure completion within project parameters and routes projects for approval.
Demonstrates appropriate behaviors based on established best practices for efficiency, timeliness and accuracy.
Provides formal project updates to functional partners.
Escalates project issues as appropriate and provides follow- thru for resolution and
closure documentation.
Provides administrative project support including tracking opening and closing of jobs
as well as kit material inventory maintenance.
Assists in the preparation and documentation of materials for meetings and presentations.
Builds relationships with internal support partners for data processing, kit testing and tracking (ex. DMSS-Document Management Strategies and Services, MTSS-Marketing Tracking System, and IPS- Integrated Production Services).
Coordinates and routes project plans for team and functional partner review. Reviews project components to ensure project deliverables fulfil agreed upon criteria and reviews project schedules in the database to ensure status accuracy.
Coordinates translational needs for various communication pieces.
Handles additional duties as necessary or assigned in support of department.

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, health care administration, operations health administration or other related field
Project management, ability to work in a large organization, attention to detail

Standard Work Hours: 8am - 5pm, 1 hour lunch
