Description
My client, a leading retail bank, is looking for a strong Finance Manager with strong financial modelling experience.
Key responsibilities:
Interrogating and understanding the provision model complexities and requirements.
Running modelling scenarios around the provision including for capital adequacy purposes.
Working closely with PPI Operations and the PPI Business, developing and enhancing integrity and controls around the data submissions.
Calculating and assessing PPI provision allocations for the various Group legal entities.
Providing technical expertise and knowledge to the rest of the Finance team around the provision and its drivers.
Interrogating current processes, identifying and implementing improvements.
Key skills:
Qualified accountant
Advanced Excel and modelling, analytical, access and VBA skills.
Financial services experience - preferably retail exposure.
